WaterSound West Beach Vacation Packages

We recently completed our third stay at Henderson Beach Resort and was disappointed to see a noticeable decline in overall quality and service compared to previous visits. While the resort was generally clean, the main pool area was dirty and poorly maintained. In contrast, the newer pool was very clean and well presented. The valet staff were consistently friendly and helpful; however, the front desk team, particularly an associate named Sarbeth, was unfriendly and unaccommodating. Interactions often felt like an inconvenience to them, which detracted significantly from the guest experience. Overall, I would rate this stay 3 out of 5 stars. Unfortunately, the service issues have led us to decide not to return.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Comfort and very clean.

Loved the location. Room smelled muggy when we checked in and the odor remained even after letting the sun in and cooling the room temperature. Requested cleaning and refreshing the room and they did and so the smell went away so I think it wasn’t cleaned right before we arrived. Breakfast always run out of food and the hot food platters were so hard to access, it’s in a warmer that you have to hold the door up while you’re trying to get food. Overall, a little disappointed because I had high expectations due to how the Home 2 Suites in San Antonio, Tx was so much better when I stayed there 2 years ago.
